Currently, we provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. (We do not ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.)

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays. Track your package through the carrier's website.
- If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please email us at support@itstandsbike.com and we will update on your order's progress.
-Our bikes are carefully packaged and protected for easy transport. When purchasing bicycles and other items simultaneously, we will try to ship your order in one box, but sometimes we need to send multiple shipments. Please do not worry if you do not receive the products at the same time.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for any loss or theft after signing the receipt. Immediately inspect your product for damage within 48 hours of receipt. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept claims for shipping damage after 48 hours of receipt of the product. If the goods you receive have different problems caused by transportation damage, please contact our Itstands customer service team at support@itstandsbike.com in time, and we will give you a solution and corresponding compensation in time.
