How long is the warranty for the bike?

Does the RX30 bike have a torque sensor?
The RX30 e-bike uses a cadence sensor, thank you!
What Double batteries mean?
The dual batteries refer to the use of two batteries, which is more suitable for customers who require extended mileage. The range can be doubled. You can swap the first battery out after it goes flat with the second battery.
What payment methods are available?

Do I have to pay taxes?

Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we can offer a military discount that is valid for an extended period. To obtain this discount, you need to provide a photo of a valid military or veteran ID with the same name as the one on the order to this email: support@itstandsbike.com . When sending the photo, please cover any private information such as the address.
Does the bike comes with a charger?
All the e-bikes we sell will include a charger in the package, the charger is uesd for charging the battery Inside or outside the bike.
Do you support installment payments?

What are your shipping details?
In-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
